Some may say that June is the best month of the year (clearly not me wink wink), both in terms of weather and in terms of Video Game releases, since of course, marks the beginning of the Summer. So here is my list of Upcoming Indie Games for the best month of the year. 🛸
Week 1
Killer Frequency is a first-person horror adventure that puts you in the shoes of Forrest Nash, a late-night radio host whose callers are being stalked by a mysterious killer. You as the player have to solve puzzles, save lives and run the switchboards, all while listening to a jukebox of retro ‘80s tunes!
Tiny Thor features 16-bit graphics and gameplay centered around using Mjölnir, leading our Norse hero through challenging levels filled with all kinds of obstacles. It offers tight controls, fast-paced action and an experience tinged with nostalgia.
Nocturnal is a action-platformer game where the player plays the role of Ardeshir in a time where this character finds his native island covered in a mysterious fog. Week 2
Mask of the Rose is a take on the visual novel/detective/dating sim that puts the player into a Fallen London in a gothic underworld where death is a temporary inconvenience.
Bleak Sword DX is a dark fantasy action game challenging warriors to fight their way through compact, cursed diorama battlefields. This is a newly updated for PC, that expands the Apple Arcade version with three new game modes, multiple gameplay and graphical improvements.
This story-driven Survival-Horror game is about a classic Alien-Invasion which takes place during the early 90s. As Ryan Baker, equipped with a baseball bat and a few bullets in his revolver, the story takes you across the atmospheric neighborhood of Greyhill which is invaded by UFOs & Grey Aliens.
